I always wanted to ask this question.....

Why the lines dividing the songlist?

Can anyone answer that?  Is there a specific defining reason?

this would be a perfect "ask wally" question but i am gonna go out on a limb and say that the lines indicate an instrument change of some sort at that point.
kind of like a break in the action indicator.

Yeah....Dennis is as elusive as Bigfoot, and Iris is wandering around in the desert (I mean "camping") for another week.  We need the Bookies full-color review.

I guess I can wait 'til tonight.

I can explain the lines in the set list....when we put our set together when we take a break in between songs such as I'm gonna talk now. The line lets everyone in the group know we are not gonna jump right into the next song I'm gonna say something here or get a quick sip of water......
Hope this helps...Wally is like me people of little words onstage but a lot of action !!!

I like when performers do both!  It's makes us feel closer when there is direct contact you know! Tease the fans a bit more with some banter!!!!!!!! Smiley

According to "Sources Close To The Band" :

The lines on the set list indicate a break in the action.  That enables each member to reach behind his amp and take a quick bite of a slice of pizza that is situated there and kept warm by the tubes inside of the amp.  Wally has an extra slice for Brad!  That's why the lights are dimmed on stage at those points!

Ah... grease from the slices of pizza, that explains why Brad's sticks fly out towards the audience at those points... Smiley

I'm back from the desert, but also back at work. Won't be able to post yet-- have a work function tonight.... Sad I didn't have much memory left on my digital cards (and I was saving some room for the encore) so I don't have nearly as many pictures as in past shows.  Used a new lens (the wrong one!) for the show and just when my hubby went to push "record" on our videocamera, we realized our batter was dead.... Murphy's law!!!  I think Dennis said that VH-1 was recording the show, so for those of you lucky enough to have cable, you might keep an eye out for some clips....

We fans were left hanging (not by the band, but because of time restrictions.)  I REALLY wish they had performed a 2-hour encore....WE all know who the headliner SHOULD have been...  Roll Eyes

The only thing that would have topped off the show is if the guys had been able to jump into the pool afterwards-- they were HOT that evening!  Grin

We did get to visit with the guys afterwards, and Eric & I closed the bar with Wally (in a town where it never closes) at about 6:30 a.m. Michigan time (3:30 a.m. Vegas time)....

For those of you slackers who said you were coming, but didn't show-- you missed a great time.... And for those of you who bet on Solodka vs. me... It's a good thing you're not a bookie in Vegas... (or is that a Bookies in Vegas...?)  LOL

I have tried to post two reviews of the concert but have been booted both times.  I will try again tomorrow.  This site is touchy.

Hey, everybody.......

I saw the show in Vegas (I live here) and was totally stoked- the boys were
really ON that night !!! Too bad they did not have more time but it was still
high-energy and full-steam ahead......

What was the name of that song where the chorus was "I'm your man"?! It
sounded like a cover of a song from the 60's........ Does anybody know where
I can get guitar tablature for their music ???

Iris, you probably remember me under a different name from the past- I had
to change it because of 3 ex-wives trying to hunt me down Smiley  Haha- just kidding; it's good to be back !!!

I was up near the front over by Coz; thank heavens he retired the 68 Strat;
that thing was ready to completely fall apart...... the VHI guys got some good
footage of me dancing with 2 of my co-workers and some other rather wild women; I'm looking forward to seeing what they put out.

KF

Yikes; please allow me to change the word "they" in that last sentence to "VH1".
I would not want anyone to think I was talking about the wild women " putting
out" - what an embarrassing grammatical screw-up   Roll Eyes

Thank you for your patience and understanding; it won't happen again .....
