I think it will be in the 70's when they play!  I would rather have a bit of a chill then this wretched heat! 8)

hey romantics fanatics!!
we are lucky enough to get a review of last night's show from someone who attended and passed this along to me.  sounds like we all missed a great time!!

Opening the show was the Canadian band called Helix.  Next, the Romantics hit the stage and all hell broke loose.
When I look In Your Eyes
Rock You Up
61/49
Midnight To Six Man
Devil in Me
Come See Me
A Night Like This
Boom Boom
Out Of My Mind
Talking In Your Sleep
When The Angels (Hear Me Callin)
Tomboy
First In Line
Tonight
She's Got Everything
What I Like About You.
They had a blast last night and got called back for a 2 song encore, which included Cadillac and Road Runner.
Cheap Trick played next.  There was a lot of band bonding that went on backstage between the 2 bands both before and after the show, after all they have known each other for 25 years.
During Cheap Trick's performance it started storming! The rains came, lightening was striking, the PA blew up and then the power went out, Then they finally called off the rest of the show.
The entertainment continued back at the hotel lobby bar with more band banding along with a lot of unpaid tabs! (Not mentioning any names)

Looking forward to seeing them!  Did you stay for the whole event?  All 3 days I mean!  I was mostly interested in Lou Grahm.
